Advanced Event Submission

The full toolkit: upload a poster and gallery images, write rich event details, and link the event to artist profiles on Berlin Clowns. Prefer something quicker? Use the simple form.

Note: Fields marked with * are required. Large images are automatically compressed in your browser before upload — feel free to use your original photos. Your email and internal notes are for review purposes only and will not be published on the event.

What you see is what gets published. Insert images straight into the story with the 🖼 image button and drag their corners to resize them; use the toolbar for fonts, sizes, colors, headings, lists, and tables. Inserted images are optimized and uploaded automatically when you submit. Prefer writing in Markdown? Toggle the markdown view (rightmost toolbar group) — structure like headings, lists, links, and tables survives the switch, but custom fonts/colors and image sizing can be reset by it, so do visual styling as the last step, in the normal view.

Media

JPEG, PNG, or WebP. Images over 2.5 MB are automatically shrunk in your browser before upload, and everything is optimized again on the server — so original photos are welcome.

Who

The performer(s). Separate multiple artists with commas (e.g., "Lena Binski, Otto Schmidt"). If the name matches a Berlin Clowns profile, the event links to it automatically.

If you or your co-performers have a profile on this site (berlinclowns.com/your-name), enter the profile slug(s) here, comma-separated. This links the event to the profile even when stage names differ — and lets the event appear on connected artist websites.
