Leah Wewoda is a performing artist based in Berlin, she graduated from the University of Dramatic Arts Ernst Busch Berlin. She is collaborating with compagnies and theatres throughout Germany, as well as internationally. A performer herself, it is inspiring for her to share her practice in different formats. An invitation as guest-student to Charleville-Mézières and Lyon, France, permitted her insights into the french theaterworld. Passionated for languages and cultural exchange, she feels the necessity and curiosity to connect beyond borders worldwide, exploring theatrepratiques. With a stay in India in collaboration with TheatreGarageProject, she is eager to continue to build bridges between the theaterworlds, connecting eastern and western traditions.
