About the Workshop

Explore together the connection between mind and body! Brain Fitness, or Mental Gymnastics, is an innovative workshop that offers a unique experience to explore and deepen the profound connection between the mind and the body through the study of tactile perception of the brain during simple manual coordination exercises.

We will discover how the brain perceives and learns, and we will delve into the immediate and instinctive responses of the mind-body-emotions system during learning, shedding light on the relationship between these realms. Through a series of practical exercises and mindfulness, we will gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between the mind and the body. You will learn to perceive and direct the flow of information between them.

Through theatrical education as a tool to express emotions, stimulate creativity, and strengthen body awareness we will refine your tactile perception and improve the connection between hands, brain, and body.
